Hi there, firstly thank you very much for visiting our Four Seasons Website. If you are planning relaxing and luxurious, but cheap holidays in Antalya region of Turkey, where you can unwind in a spacious, stress free environment, with staggering mountain views, beautiful gardens & amazing facilities, added to a luxurious well built and fully equipped apartment with sea views, you have certainly come to the right place.

When you cast your mind back to previous holidays have you ever considered that the process of booking and taking a holiday can, in itself, be quite a stressful process. Firstly there is the need to check if you can get time off at work, then you have to find the right flights and times and when all that is taken care of you arrive at the airport and go through the tough but necessary queues at security hoping you won’t miss your flight.

Maybe you have previously bought a package including transfers on a large coach by a major tour operator and after seemingly endless delays you wait to be ticked off on a list by your rep and then have to suffer the continuous drop offs of other holiday makers at different hotels before you reach your own hotel or apartment. The next morning you have the inevitable welcome meeting where you are strongly encouraged to part with your cash and pay some large sums for overpriced excursions.

You are probably asking “Is there a better way of taking a holiday?”

Well we believe there is and while we do not claim to be cheaper than standard packages we do offer real

and significant benefits in the whole holiday experience from the time you book with us until the time you arrive back at Antalya airport for your flight home.

1. We provide a spacious, luxuriously equipped, beautifully designed and constructed, first floor 2 bedroom apartment which will sleep up to 6 people with 3 balconies and sea views from the lounge, master bedroom and balconies along with Media Entertainment including Plasma TV, and DVD/CD player. A selection of CDs and DVDs is provided.

2.We include private transfers (see prices and availability page) by air conditioned minibus to avoid the crowded and lengthy drop off process - (occasionally you may be joined by one or two other families).

3. We are flexible when it comes to departure and arrival days to allow you greater freedom to book suitable flights and flight times.

5. You will be escorted to your apartment and assisted with luggage and normally we arrange for a complimentary welcome pack of Coffee, Butter, Milk, Orange, Sugar etc to be provided.

6. You will find details in the apartment of an organisation and contacts who will assist you with a comprehensive program of day trips /excursions e.g. to Antalya or Alanya at cheap prices.

7. You will also be given details of numerous restaurants in Side and Kumkoy many of which will also provide free transport back to Four Seasons.

8 Totally free regular transport is provided by air conditioned minibus (Sundays excepted) to enable you to travel easily in to Side, Kumkoy, and the local large supermarket as well as a weekly service (Mondays) to the huge Manavgat Market.

In the evenings the driver will take you to your favourite restaurants in Side and Kumkoy.

9. At the complex you will find a magnificent outdoor pool 35 metres in length and certainly not overcrowded

10. You will find an amazing range of sports facilities and leisure amenities as well as Wi-fi Internet for those of you with laptops or netbooks. 11. Many major Golf Courses including Lykia World (the only links course in Turkey) are within 30 minutes drive and the complex with an Indoor Pool makes it an ideal base for winter golfers and their families. See details link

12. If you so wish you will be able to use the restaurant to order food & drinks, or the pool bar for coffee & other drinks.

13. In the summer months an additional free minibus service is available to take you to a nearby beach with water sports and restaurant and return you to Four Seasons.

14.You will find children’s facilities on site including a play area with slides & swings and a segregated children’s swimming pool as well as a separate splash pool.

15. Probably the most important benefit of all is that Four Seasons provides virtual exclusivity in a peaceful, unstressful uncrowded and beautiful yet affordable environment for your ideal Antalya Holidays.

To understand what we mean by Virtual Exclusivity at Four Seasons may we firstly give an overview of the usage profiles of the apartment owners.

In total there are 120 apartments distributed amongst 10 very attractive blocks each spaced well apart avoiding the hemmed in appearance of many competing complexes.

The owners of these apartments often have decided not to rent their apartments but instead will occasionally allow friends or family to use them and then they will stay for a short while several times a year. Others will come for up to 3 months and then return to the UK.

Depending on the time of the year occupancy of the complex will vary from 10% to maybe 70% but in truth we cannot be precise here, however what we can say is that you will not find the crowds to which you may be accustomed.

If you do the mathematics you will see what we are saying because it is unlikely that even with 70% occupancy and an average of 4+ per apartment, the total will reach more than 300 people. In the outdoor pool a massive 35 metres long for example, last April it was common to see 2 or 3 other swimmers and sometimes zero swimmers. We are told that in the peak season 25 swimmers was considered incorrectly to be very crowded. These figures are not set in stone but they do give a feeling of the virtual exclusivity to be found here. The figures obviously apply to most of the facilities whether it be the restaurant, gymnasium, pool bar etc etc

A major new Golf Course Lykia World is less than 30 minutes away by car and is the only Links course in Turkey. Other major courses are to be found at Belek (30 min's) including the Nick Faldo Cornelia and the Colin Montgomerie Papillon luxury courses, Antalya GC (Sultan & Pasha courses) the excellent Sueno Pines Club, The Kaya Eagles Club and Karya Golf Club.
