The lounge/dining room contains some very attractive furniture which includes a 4 seater sofa bed (sleeps two tall adults) and two easy chairs which are fully reclinable and would if necessary sleep two very small children in total.
A laminate dining table is included which normally seats 4 but which can be extended to seat 6.
The extremely hot summers and mild winters can be tempered with the 3 air-conditioning units installed in our apartment. These double up as heaters for the mid winter months Dec-March and can be programmed with the remote control units to achieve desired temperatures.
To make your entertainment complete we have installed a Plasma wall mounted TV and a DVD player with a selection of CDs/DVDs to which we will add titles each year.
Our apartment consists of two bedrooms (one twin and one double) the double is en-suite and the bathroom contains a small bath and shower. There is another bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and washbasin. Extensive storage facilities are to be found some (inbuilt and some purpose built).
Satellite TV connections are included in all the Four Seasons apartments and several satellites can be tuned including Hotbird and at least one Astra, part of the fun is to tune in as many channels as you can find and there are at least 1300 out there!!!
The kitchen facilities are excellent and include a large Siemens Fridge/Freezer, a built in Siemens Washing machine and a built in excellent Siemens Oven and Hob which is partly electric and partly gas operating from a Calor Gas bottle. Attractive kitchen units complement the décor and you will find a wide range of kitchen utensils and crockery.
In the photograph of the apartment exterior shown on this page our apartment is to be seen on the first floor and there are three balconies for your use two of which are front facing and the master bedroom is side facing. The front balconies are from the lounge and the twin bedroom. There are sea views from the master bedroom as well as from the lounge windows and a sideways sea view from the lounge balcony. Due to the location of this apartment views of the evening sunset are available from the lounge balcony and additional al fresco dining furniture is supplied (Circular Table and 6 Chairs).
